During the economic assessment of the price of land soil-environmental indicators are not sufficiently taken into account, the value of these parametrs has some impact on a situation on the real estate market which are determined and are speculative. It is proposed to apply the elements of the concept of total economic value (TEV) and adjusted the methodology of land valuation on the basis of soil and environmental assesement to calculate the fair value of land and use the latest in an ecologically and economically viable bases of calculation of land tax payments calculations.
